The staff is awesome. I was there to purchase stall mats. I intended to purchase top soil elsewhere. After looking at the competitive prices I purchased all items at Tractor Supply. The yard attendant recently was very friendly and helpful in assisting me load the mats into my vehicle. Tractor Supply is the silent giant. Seldom mentioned by has a loyal customer base. IYKYK

I went on the March 28th to the St Cloud FL store. I asked for help on how to put a prescription order online , an employee helped me and I did and pay online for a prescription for my cat that shows on their website they have it ( ketorolac ophtalmic solution) . They needed vet approval , On Monday March 30th I went to the Vet Office to double check they sent the approval and they did . I called Tractor Supply Customer Care phone number 2 days later because I kept receiving emails from them that they need vet approval , the lady that answer the phone confirmed they had the approval and they will send the prescription in two days. Today is April 5th and I called again many times and nobody ever answer my calls. I emailed and the respond they got the vet approval on April 1st which is not true. After that I receive email that was shipped and when I looked at the tracking number it says they create label , not shipping . I emailed asking for my money back . I dont want this prescription anymore , I dont trust them . Not buying again from this pet pharmacy , they lie, lack of communication

I used the pet wash area and it was amazing and so was the cost, they had individual tubs with a closing door, dryers, drying tables, different kinds of shampoo and conditioner, they had brushes, towels, and even a vaccum to clean up after yourself

Tractor Supply is one of my favorite stores. I can always find everything I need for my dog, rabbits, and chickens. The customer service is consistently good, and they keep the store stocked with a wide variety of items. They recently built a pet wash station, which I have used many times, but there is always some issue. Although the pet wash is advertised to include shampoo, towels, and other items, I often encounter problems like no towels, no shampoo, clogged drains, and dirty wash bays. When I ask for these items, there is always an excuse for why they’re not available. I pay $10 for the wash but end up bringing my own shampoo and towels to avoid the hassle. The biggest issue, however, is the clogged drains. I have to clean the bays and unclog the drains myself because there doesn’t seem to be any daily maintenance or cleaning of the pet wash area. Other places like Pet Supermarket and Kissimmee Valley have excellent and clean pet wash stations. They’re a bit farther away, but I’d rather make the longer drive than deal with the issues at Tractor Supply.

TSC is a combination of hardware, gardening, clothing, boots, livestock feed, lawn equipment and so much more. This location has an issue with employee’s leaving but one you man helped me every time I’ve frequented this location. He has done well above “customer service”, his name is Jake. The store had plentiful parking, well stocked and very clean.
